Seminars Before & After In-Home Service Home Products Credentials Testimonials

Buyers start evaluating your house before they get out of their car. In less than a minute, they are deciding whether they like your house. It is vital to send many positive messages to them before they get inside your house.

In this "before" picture, the cars on the driveway block the view and make the driveway look crowded. Keep your garage door closed as much as possible. We don't want to distract buyers by showing them what you store in your garage.

The "after" picture allows us to see the house. With the cars off the driveway, buyers may even drive into the driveway which gives them the feeling of "coming home".
Take a look at your house from the street and you'll be surprised at what you see! There are many easy ways to improve your "curb appeal".

"I didn't realize how quickly and easily we could improve our house. We followed Sharon's suggestions. It didn't cost us any money just some effort on our part."
- Carol Davis

Simple furniture and accessory changes can quickly improve your room. Look at the "before" picture. The sofa pillows are large and take up too much space, the lamps aren't turned on, and the ottoman is in the corner next to the sofa on the right side. The floor lamp on the far left is tall and visually stops our view.

Compare this to the "after" picture. This room looks so much more inviting. The sofa pillows are smaller, the lamp adds soft lighting, the ottoman now sits in front of the sofa. The floor lamp in the far right corner helps to balance the room. Visually, the space feels more inviting and warm. These are some of the easy changes all home sellers can do and these changes don't cost a penny!
We all live in a relaxed manner in our day to day routine, however, when you are selling your home, things must change. Clear off your dresser top by removing personal items. Leave out items that are pretty and add color or interest to the room. Any small items or items of value (like jewelry & medication) should be out of sight.

See how much more attractive the dresser looks when things are put away? Look in the mirror above the dresser. The "before" picture doesn't have the light turned on and the bed looks dark. The "after" picture shows how much brighter the room looks just by turning on the lamp and adding a light colored pillow on the bed. A plant was also added in the corner on the floor to soften the space. Plants add "life" to any room.
