Buyers start
evaluating your house before they get out of their car.
In less than a minute, they are deciding whether they
like your house. It is vital to send many positive messages
to them before they get inside your house.
In this "before" picture, the cars on the
driveway block the view and make the driveway look crowded.
Keep your garage door closed as much as possible. We
don't want to distract buyers by showing them what you
store in your garage.
The "after" picture allows us to see the house.
With the cars off the driveway, buyers may even drive
into the driveway which gives them the feeling of "coming
home".
Take a look at your house from the street and you'll
be surprised at what you see! There are many easy ways
to improve your "curb appeal".
"I didn't realize how quickly and easily we
could improve our house. We followed Sharon's suggestions.
It didn't cost us any money just some effort on our
part."
